Work from home helping customers plan and book cruise vacations for a well-known cruise line program.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals with outstanding sales skills, a passion for travel, and a spirit of adventure who want to help others plan the vacation of a lifetime.
This is a year-round program with booking incentives, and DailyPay is available.

What You Can Expect
Agents will take inbound calls from guests who want help booking a cruise vacation.
This opportunity may include:
- Handling inbound calls for bookings, quotes, and cruise-specific questions
- Staying up to date on the latest sales and promotions
- Using proven sales techniques and overcoming customer objections
- Transferring calls to the right internal departments when needed
- Making outbound calls for status updates and clarification

Pay Information
Pay During Training
$7.64 per hour
After Training Hourly Pay
$10.50 per hour
Additional Training Incentive
After completing Phase 2, agents who service a minimum of 12 hours per week during the certification period may earn an additional:
$1.81 per hour
Agents who service a minimum of 13 hours per week during the certification period after Phase 2 may also qualify for an additional $100 incentive when the first production opportunity is offered and accepted.
Incentive eligibility is subject to applicable program requirements.
Booking Incentives
- $2.00 for each net booking completed
- $0.50 for every stateroom upgrade
- $1.00 for every vacation protection package sold
Net bookings are gross bookings minus any cancelled bookings.
Servicing Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM ET
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET
- Most intervals are available Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays
- 5 hours (10 intervals) required on Saturday and/or Sunday
DailyPay
DailyPay is available for eligible servicing revenue. Certification revenue is not eligible for DailyPay.

Class Times Offered:
- 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM ET
- 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM ET
Classes are held Monday through Friday and are approximately 4 hours per day.

Certification Phase 1

Instructor-Led & Self-Study Content
Learn the tools, systems, and resources needed to provide quality sales, booking, and cruise information. Class is 4 hours per day, with self-study completed during class time.
Certification Phase 2
January 5, 2027 – January 11, 2027
Virtual Classroom With Live Certification Call-Taking
Up to 2 hours per day of live call-taking during class, combined with classroom learning.
Enrollment Requirements
- Background check and photo ID verification
- Webcam required, and you must be on camera during class activities
- $50.00 non-refundable class confirmation deposit
- Minimum of 10 hours (20 intervals) per week during certification
- Computer, hardwired internet connection, and USB noise-cancelling headset that meet platform system requirements
- You are not eligible if you currently service another program for this cruise line or have serviced its affiliated cruise brands through the platform

Certification begins November 23, 2026 and continues through January 11, 2027, with 4-hour classes Monday through Friday.
