Provide inbound customer support for a cruise line sales program from the comfort of your home. Agents assist callers with bookings, cruise-related questions, quotes, and other sales-related support while delivering knowledgeable and friendly customer service.

What You Can Expect
Agents will assist customers interested in cruise bookings and vacation-related services while supporting a sales-focused customer experience.
- Receive inbound calls for bookings, cruise questions, quotes, and general assistance
- Stay up to date on the latest cruise line sales and promotions
- Use effective sales techniques to help customers complete bookings
- Overcome customer objections and provide confident sales support
- Transfer inbound or outbound calls to designated internal support teams when needed
- Make outbound calls to designated internal support departments or customers for status updates and clarification
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional customer service
- Follow client procedures, workflows, and compliance requirements

Revenue Information
Certification Period Revenue
$7.64 per hour*
$3.82 per 30-minute interval
Production Period Revenue
$10.50 per hour*
$5.25 per 30-minute interval
*Hourly amounts assume two 30-minute servicing intervals are completed during the hour and are shown before deduction of applicable platform usage fees.
Typical Earnings
Contracted Service Partners typically earn between $11.01 and $13.15 per hour.
Certification Incentive
After successfully completing Phase 2, agents who service a minimum of 12 hours / 24 intervals per week during the Certification Period may earn an additional:
$1.81 per hour
or
$0.905 per interval
Additional $100 Incentive
After completion of Phase 2, agents who service a minimum of 13 hours per week during the Certification Period may also qualify for an additional $100 incentive when the first Production Period opportunity is offered and accepted.
All incentives are subject to client program requirements and eligibility criteria.
Booking Incentives
Additional booking incentives are available for this opportunity.
- $2.00 for each net booking completed
- $0.50 for every B+ upgrade
- $1.00 for every CVP (Carnival Vacation Protection) package sold
Net bookings are gross bookings minus any cancelled bookings.
Required Technology
Equipment must meet current platform system and equipment standards.
- Dual monitors are recommended but not required
- Minimum monitor resolution of 1280 x 1024
- Hardwired internet connection
- Hardwired USB noise-cancelling headset with phone-quality audio
- Webcam required during certification
- Windows 11 computer that meets platform requirements
- Most recent version of Windows 11
- Computer must be fully patched with no pending Windows updates
ThinScale Requirement: This program uses ThinScale. Agents must maintain the most recent supported version of Windows 11 with all required updates completed.
Enrollment Checklist
Before enrolling, make sure you:
- Meet the required computer and equipment standards
- Have a hardwired internet connection
- Have a compatible hardwired USB noise-cancelling headset
- Have a working webcam
- Have at least one monitor meeting minimum resolution requirements
- Understand that dual monitors are recommended for this program
- Can attend the full certification schedule
- Can participate in a sales-focused customer service environment
- Can meet required servicing commitments, including weekend requirements
After You Are Enrolled
Certification will include instructor-led training, self-study content, program procedures, sales support techniques, and call-taking activities designed to prepare agents for production.
Agents should be prepared to learn program expectations, promotions, booking processes, and the overall customer experience required for success in this opportunity.

Certification Phase 1
August 31, 2026 – September 30, 2026
Instructor-Led & Self-Study Content
During Phase 1, agents will learn the systems, workflows, booking support expectations, and sales processes required for this cruise line customer sales program.
This phase prepares agents to confidently handle cruise-related questions, provide quotes, assist with bookings, and understand current promotions and service procedures.
Certification Phase 2
October 1, 2026 – October 9, 2026
Certification Call-Taking
During Phase 2, agents will begin applying the knowledge gained in Phase 1 through certification call-taking.
This phase gives agents an opportunity to demonstrate customer service, sales support, system navigation, and communication skills in a live servicing environment.
Servicing Availability
Servicing intervals are available 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 9:30 PM ET
Saturday & Sunday
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET
Most Intervals Available
Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays typically offer the most intervals.
Special Servicing Requirements
This program includes a weekend servicing requirement.
Agents are required to complete:
5 hours / 10 intervals on a Saturday or Sunday, or a combination of both.
Please make sure you are available for weekend servicing before enrolling in this opportunity.
