Provide inbound customer service support for customers utilizing Accident Assistance Programs. Agents will assist callers with service-related needs while navigating client systems, following established procedures, and providing professional customer support.

Agents will provide customer service support for individuals utilizing Accident Assistance Programs while learning the systems and procedures required to successfully handle service-related calls.

Revenue Information
Production Service Revenue
$12.00 per hour
Additional Incentive
After completing Phase 2, agents who service a minimum of 12 hours / 24 intervals per week during the applicable Certification Period may earn an additional:
$1.81 per hour
or
$0.905 per interval
Incentive eligibility is subject to all applicable client and program requirements.
Required Technology
Equipment must meet current platform system and equipment standards.
- USB hardwired headset with phone-quality audio
- Noise-cancelling microphone
- Webcam required during certification
- Computer and internet equipment that meet current platform standards
- Equipment must successfully pass required PC scans
Daily PC Scan Requirement
A PC scan must be completed each day in order to access certification class.
Agents should make sure their computer and equipment remain compliant throughout the entire certification period.
Webcam Requirement
Agents must be on webcam during certification class.
Your webcam should be properly installed, working, and available before certification begins.
Please be prepared to participate on camera during required class activities and engagement sessions.
Enrollment Checklist
Before enrolling, make sure you:
- Meet current computer and equipment standards
- Have a USB hardwired headset with a noise-cancelling microphone
- Have a working webcam
- Can successfully complete required daily PC scans
- Can attend class Monday through Friday
- Are available from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM ET
- Can participate on camera during certification
- Can complete required paid self-study content
- Are available for the full certification period
Certification Schedule
Class Time Offered:
- 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM ET
Classes are held Monday through Friday.
The scheduled class is approximately 4 hours per day and includes paid self-study content.
Certification Phase 1
September 8, 2026 – September 29, 2026
Instructor-Led & Self-Study Content
During Phase 1, agents will learn the systems, procedures, and customer service expectations required to assist customers utilizing Accident Assistance Programs.
This phase requires strong attention to detail, concentration, active learner involvement, and consistent class participation.
Certification Phase 2
September 30, 2026 – October 6, 2026
Virtual Classroom With Live Call-Taking
During Phase 2, agents will begin applying what they learned during Phase 1 through a combination of virtual classroom instruction and live call-taking.
This gives agents an opportunity to gain practical experience while demonstrating their ability to navigate systems, follow required procedures, and provide quality customer service.
