Provide inbound customer service support for an energy company while assisting customers with account questions, payment options, service plans, and other account-related needs.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this opportunity.

$250 Sign-On Bonus

Agents may qualify for a $250 sign-on bonus.

To qualify, you must complete at least:

30 hours / 60 servicing intervals by December 31, 2026.

Bonus eligibility is subject to all applicable client program requirements.

What You Can Expect

Agents will provide inbound customer service support while helping customers understand their accounts, available service plans, payment options, and other energy-related services.

  • Resolve customer questions and account concerns
  • Process payment deferrals and installment plans
  • Assist customers who may be moving or considering leaving their current plan
  • Identify customer needs early in the call
  • Recommend the appropriate available service plan
  • Enroll customers in the correct plan
  • Work toward resolving customer concerns during the first call

Revenue Information

Production Service Revenue

$17.00 per hour*

Additional Certification Incentive

After completing Phase 2, agents who service a minimum of 12 hours / 24 intervals per week during the applicable Certification Period may earn an additional:

$1.81 per hour
or
$0.905 per interval

Incentive eligibility is subject to all applicable client program requirements.

Required Technology

Equipment must meet current platform system and equipment standards.

  • Dual monitors are required
  • Minimum 8 GB RAM required
  • USB VoIP headset required during certification and production servicing
  • Webcam required during certification
  • Windows 11 computer that meets platform requirements
  • Most recent version of Windows 11
  • Computer must be fully patched with no pending Windows updates
  • Equipment must successfully pass required PC scans

ThinScale Requirement: This program uses ThinScale. Agents must maintain the most recent supported version of Windows 11 with all required updates completed.

Daily PC Scan Requirement

A PC scan must be completed each day in order to access certification class.

Agents should make sure their computer and equipment remain compliant throughout the entire certification period.

Webcam Requirement

Agents must be on webcam during certification class.

Your webcam should be properly installed and working before certification begins. Agents must be prepared to participate on camera during required class activities.

Enrollment Checklist

  • Have two monitors
  • Have at least 8 GB of RAM
  • Have a compatible USB VoIP headset
  • Have a working webcam
  • Can successfully complete required daily PC scans
  • Can attend class Monday through Friday
  • Are available from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET
  • Can participate on camera during certification
  • Can meet the required Monday servicing commitment
  • Are available for the full certification period

After You Are Enrolled

Certification will include instructor-led training, self-study content, program policies, system navigation, compliance procedures, customer service techniques, and certification call-taking.

Because this opportunity involves utility accounts and regulated customer interactions, agents must be comfortable following detailed processes while maintaining accurate and professional customer service.

Classes are held Monday through Friday and are approximately 6 hours per day.

Certification Phase 1

September 14, 2026 – October 16, 2026

Instructor-Led & Self-Study Content

During Phase 1, agents will learn the systems, policies, customer service processes, call flows, account procedures, and compliance requirements needed to successfully support customers.

Agents should be prepared for an interactive learning environment that requires concentration, participation, and consistent attendance.

Certification Phase 2

October 19, 2026 – October 27, 2026

Certification Call-Taking

During Phase 2, agents will begin applying what they learned during Phase 1 through certification call-taking.

This phase allows agents to demonstrate customer service, system navigation, bilingual communication, compliance, and problem-solving skills in a live servicing environment.

Special Servicing Requirement

This program includes a required Monday servicing commitment.

4 hours / 8 intervals on Mondays.*
