Eleve Business Solutions LLC is now accepting interest for a remote Debit Card Services Customer Support Opportunity.

This opportunity is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented, professional, dependable, and comfortable assisting customers with debit card-related service needs. This program requires a few extra steps during the enrollment process, but it can be a great opportunity for agents who are ready to complete the requirements and commit to the full certification schedule.

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not employment. Client programs, schedules, certification requirements, availability, and earnings may vary.

Revenue Information

Revenue may vary and is subject to program terms, platform fees, deductions, adjustments, and Eleve Business Solutions LLC’s independent contractor pay structure.

Production Service Revenue:
$14.50 per hour

Revenue amounts are listed before deduction of any applicable platform usage fee, company administrative retention, adjustments, chargebacks, or other applicable deductions.

This is an independent contractor opportunity. There are no guaranteed hours, guaranteed income, guaranteed certification approvals, or guaranteed client program placements.

Required Technology

Equipment must meet platform and client program standards. Additional technology requirements for this opportunity include:

  • 8 GB RAM or greater.
  • Dual monitors are required.
  • Hardwired Ethernet connection required.
  • Hardwired USB headset with phone-quality audio and a noise-cancelling microphone required.
  • CPU Speed: Intel Core i5 processor, 6th generation or above, with 4 cores, 2.4 GHz or higher.
  • Apple or Android cell phone required for secondary code verification.
  • YubiKey provided by the client.
  • Webcam required during class.

Agents must be prepared to complete any required PC scan or system check during the enrollment process.

Enrollment Checklist

This opportunity requires several steps before enrollment is complete. Please make sure you are prepared to complete each step.

  • Choose the Debit Card Services program.
  • Select your class. Classes are 6 hours, Monday through Friday.
  • Complete the PC scan. This should only take a few minutes.
  • Complete photo ID verification.
  • Review and complete all required acknowledgement forms in the portal.
  • Complete the required background check.
  • Watch your email, including your spam folder, for the background check link.
  • Complete the required drug screen.
  • Watch your email, including your spam folder, for drug screening instructions.
  • Schedule your drug test within 2 days, or the link may expire.

Once the steps above are completed, agents should watch their portal for enrollment updates and confirmation of enrollment status.

After You Are Enrolled

Once enrolled, there are a few more items to complete before class begins.

  • A YubiKey will be mailed to you.
  • Make sure your correct mailing address is listed in your profile.
  • Mark your calendar for your first day of class.
  • Do not be late for class.
  • Continue watching your portal for enrollment updates and class information.

Certification Schedule

Phase 1: Instructor-Led & Self-Study Content
August 3, 2026 – September 8, 2026

Phase 2: Live Certification Call-Taking
September 9, 2026 – October 1, 2026

Monday – Friday
6-hour class
9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. ET

Certification Phase 1

During Phase 1, agents will learn about the client, how to navigate systems, how to use tools and applications, and how to follow policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of compliance.

Instructor-led certification requires strong attention to detail, lengthy periods of focused concentration, class participation, and learner involvement.

  • Pass all call simulations before moving on to Phase 2.
  • Pass required mock calls before moving on to Phase 2.
  • Mock call requirements will be shared during class.
  • Complete all self-study content modules during class time.

Certification Phase 2

During Phase 2, agents will apply what they learned in Phase 1 by taking live certification calls.

Agents will take live calls with minimum assistance from instructors and support resources to determine whether they can apply what they learned in class without step-by-step guidance.

Certification Period Requirements

During the certification period, agents are required to service a minimum of:

  • 15 hours per week.
  • 30 intervals per week.
  • Intervals must be serviced during available posted times and as outlined in program requirements.

Agents should review all certification requirements carefully, including the end date and any servicing requirements listed in the portal.

Certification Completion Criteria

To successfully complete certification, agents must meet program requirements, which may include:

  • Achieve a score of 90% or higher on the final assessment.
  • Achieve an average QA score of 90% or better over three calls.
  • Avoid missing any non-negotiables on the QA form.
  • Maintain Average Handle Time under 550 seconds.
  • Maintain average After Call Work under 30 seconds.
  • Maintain average Hold Time under 30 seconds.
  • Service at least 15 hours, or 30 intervals, per week.
  • Complete 100% of self-study modules.
  • Score 90% or greater on all assessments.
  • Successfully complete Phase 1 of class.
  • Complete the Service Partner Security Awareness self-paced course.
  • Score 85% or higher on the Security Awareness assessment before the last day of class in order to be certified.

Webcam Requirement

Agents must have a webcam during class. Agents will need to be on camera during engagement activities, including but not limited to:

  • Day 1 meet and greet.
  • Role plays.
  • Knowledge checks.
  • Other class participation activities.

The PC scan taken during the enrollment process may check for a webcam.

Please make sure you are prepared to go on camera when prompted. Failure to do so may result in being dropped from class.

Important Class Attendance Notice

Class attendance is very important. Agents are strongly encouraged to attend class every day because this is critical to successful completion.

If you are unable to attend class, you must notify the instructor. Failure to notify the instructor may result in being dropped from class.

If you do not show up on the first day of class, you will be dropped with no exceptions.

Class Confirmation Deposit

This program requires a $50 class confirmation deposit.

The deposit is not refunded if you do not show up on the first day of class.

If you are dropped for not attending the first day, you will need to enroll in a new class if you wish to pursue another client program.
