Remote Independent Contractor Opportunity

Provide inbound customer service support for a roadside assistance program from the comfort of your home. Agents assist customers who are experiencing unexpected roadside situations by gathering important information, accurately locating customers, navigating client systems, and helping determine the appropriate roadside assistance solution.

This opportunity requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional while assisting customers who may be experiencing stressful situations.

Revenue Information

Certification Period Revenue

$7.64 per hour*
$3.82 per 30-minute interval

Production Period Revenue

$12.00 per hour*
$6.00 per 30-minute interval

*Hourly amounts assume two 30-minute servicing intervals are completed during the hour and are shown before deduction of applicable platform usage fees.

Important: Certification Period service revenue is not eligible for DailyPay.

Certification Incentive

After successfully completing Phase 2, agents who service a minimum of 12 hours / 24 intervals per week during the Certification Period may earn an additional:

$1.81 per hour
or
$0.905 per interval

Additional $100 Incentive

After completion of Phase 2, agents who service a minimum of 13 hours per week during the Certification Period may also qualify for an additional $100 incentive when the first Production Period opportunity is offered and accepted.

All incentives are subject to client program requirements and eligibility criteria.

Required Technology

Equipment must meet current platform system and equipment standards.

  • Windows 11 computer that meets platform requirements
  • Most recent version of Windows 11
  • Computer must be fully patched with no pending Windows updates
  • USB hardwired headset with phone-quality audio
  • Webcam
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Equipment must successfully pass the required PC scan

ThinScale Requirement: This program uses ThinScale. Agents must maintain the most recent supported version of Windows 11 with all required updates completed.

Enrollment Checklist

Before enrolling, make sure you:

  • Meet the required computer and equipment standards
  • Have a USB hardwired headset
  • Have a working webcam
  • Can attend the entire class schedule selected
  • Can participate on camera when requested
  • Can complete additional servicing intervals outside of scheduled class time
  • Understand the certification performance requirements
  • Are available for the full certification period

After You Are Enrolled

Certification is highly interactive and requires consistent participation. Agents should be prepared for instructor-led training, self-study activities, role plays, knowledge checks, assessments, system navigation practice, and live call-taking.

Self-study modules are completed during class each day.

Certification Schedule

Class Times Offered:

  • 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET
  • 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM ET

Classes are held Monday through Friday and are approximately 6 hours per day.

No Class: Monday, September 7, 2026

Certification Phase 1

August 20, 2026 – August 28, 2026

Instructor-Led & Self-Study Content

During Phase 1, agents will learn about the client program, how to successfully map and locate customers, and how to navigate the systems required to provide support.

This phase requires strong attention to detail, extended periods of concentration, learner participation, and active class involvement.

Agents should expect approximately 6 hours of instructor-led and self-study content per day.

Certification Phase 2

August 31, 2026 – September 2, 2026

Virtual Classroom With Live Call-Taking

Phase 2 combines instructor-led classroom time with live call-taking, giving agents the opportunity to begin applying the information and skills learned during Phase 1.

Beginning on Day 2 of Phase 2, agents will also begin completing required servicing intervals outside of scheduled class time.

Certification Phase 3

September 3, 2026 – September 14, 2026

Instructor-Led & Self-Study Content

During Phase 3, agents will learn additional Dispatch and Solutions call types while continuing to apply the skills developed during earlier phases.

This phase requires strong attention to detail, concentration, class participation, and continued servicing outside of scheduled class hours.

Certification Phase 4

September 15, 2026 – September 17, 2026

Virtual Classroom With Live Call-Taking

Phase 4 combines additional instructor-led class time with live call-taking and gives agents another opportunity to apply the skills learned throughout certification.

Certification Period Requirements

Agents are required to service a minimum of 10 hours / 20 intervals per week during the applicable Certification Period.

Agents must also service at least 20 intervals outside of scheduled class time between September 1, 2026 and September 10, 2026.

These required servicing intervals are in addition to scheduled certification class time.

Certification Completion Criteria

To successfully complete certification, agents must:

  • Pass required live certification call-taking days, when applicable
  • Complete 100% of required daily self-paced work
  • Earn 80% or higher on required assessments, mid-term assessments, simulations, and final assessments
  • Participate in all required call-taking days
  • Achieve an 85% or higher QA score on scored live certification calls
  • Complete required Success Strategies for Certification activities
  • Complete required Success Strategies for Production activities
  • Complete the Service Partner Security Awareness self-paced course
  • Score at least 85% on the Security Awareness assessment before taking calls

Webcam Requirement

A webcam is required during certification.

Agents must be prepared to turn their cameras on when prompted during engagement activities, including:

  • Day 1 Meet & Greet
  • Role plays
  • Knowledge checks
  • Instructor engagement activities
  • Other required certification activities

The PC scan completed during enrollment will check for a webcam.

Failure to go on camera when required may result in being dropped from the certification class.

Important Class Attendance Notice

Daily attendance is strongly encouraged and is critical to successfully completing certification.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, you should notify your instructor according to the program’s attendance requirements. Failure to properly communicate an absence may result in removal from the class.

Attendance on the first day of class is mandatory.

If you do not attend the first day of class, you will be dropped from the certification class with no exceptions.

Class Confirmation Deposit

A $50 Class Confirmation Deposit is required for this program.

The $50 deposit for this particular program is non-refundable.

If you do not complete the class and wish to pursue another available client program, you will need to enroll in a new class.

This program requires a substantial commitment during certification. In addition to attending your selected 6-hour class schedule, you must have availability to complete required live servicing intervals outside of class.
